Alex can prepare short screening reports. These are shorter than a full written report and confined to brief opinion only.
Written reports are prepared according to Section 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules. These are independent, impartial and objective. They are admissible in court.
These are prepared following discussion with other experts acting for the opposing counsel. These will cover areas of agreement and disagreement between experts.
Conferences are held with counsel in order to prepare a case for trial. Where these are done remotely, Alex uses high-quality audiovisual equipment to ensure a productive meeting.
These are relatively rare as most cases will settle out of court. Where a court appearance is required, considerable time will be dedicated to preparatory work. In person appearances will be either in person or virtual. In the latter eventuality, Alex will use high-quality audiovisual equipment to ensure the court receives a professional service.
